Bird Bam Cheer of Chatt is not responsible for products that become damaged after normal use from the buyer. We are a third-party seller.  Complaints about a product can be taken up with the original seller.  Products that become lost or stolen after delivery to the buyer's address is not the responsibility of Bird Bam Cheer.  The carrier can be contacted for more information in the event a product is not delivered to the correct address.  Bird Bam Cheer has the right to not sell products to certain individuals who continually damage or return items.
